gosh. im reading everyone's resolutions and i feel so. retarded. Haaah.

First day of 2010 huh. why does the number seem so exceedingly huge? the more i look at it, the scarier it gets. Hmmm. I dont know what to think of anymore. Its funny bacause there's so much to say of 2009. see! the number is less scary. haha. okay, im exaggerating.

Ohh. let me remind myself that i spent celebrating the new year in the toilet. yes i know, stuupid. well thats because we got home super late from msia and apparently my hopes and dreams of making it back in time for countdown was crushed. Minus the fact that i was the only one who was in happyhappy mood for new year, i still had to bathe before anything else. oh you know me right. hehh. so there i was half bathing and half texting. dont ask me how but there are ways to reply msgs when you have to. bathroom terms. hahaha. is it mandatory to return 'happy new year' messages? i dont think so. but if you have the least bit of consideration for the people who bother to send really long wishes then yes, you have to. oh come on. i bet everyone was getting highly annoyed with the lagging connection. dont resent that.

Reflection time.

2009. its ineffable how i wanna put this. i guess im just incredibly happy with whatever that has happened. be it good or bad. eveything has its fair share of experience right? i had my share. it was good. i enjoyed it. no matter how, i think manifest happiness has no comparison to how i've changed this year. as a person. daughter.friend.student.human. yes, we're all human and we change. its the nature of life. forgive me if im wrong but this is how i see it. what i can say now is. i've become a better person. in the ways that i wanted myself to be. no one can tell me how much i suck no matter how true it is. i define myself. i have the right to be who i am. for that, i thank you. all of you who has helped me become a better person. And im not just saying this.

So now we come to the part where i have to list my resolutions.

Think of Olevels as an Arashi concert in heaven.
Study like the ultimate nerd i was in primary 6.
Increase my belief in time management.
Talk less. ( i dont think its possible though)
Drink water like its the last thing left on this planet. (dehydration!)
Refrain from littering so indiscreetly in public. (school included)
Spend more time in the library. (books are my solitude)
Swallow my paroxysms of random laughter. (its a major distraction)
Pay more attention to my younger sister. (she needs me)
Make the most of the 4 months i have left in band. (seriously)
Be truly truly happy. (hopefully)
Power up my english to the maximum. (to infinity and beyonnd)
Improve my french. (avec espoir)
Love my family. ( they are the best living things you know)
Stick to my resolutions.

YES! i did it. i have resolutions. its an achievement. hahaha. well obviously, what is paramount is that i want to stay true to myself. lets make good change :D

i really think we're getting a little bit more materialistic these days.

although it would have been muchh better if the barcode bearing our tiltle had been BIGGER. we need to let people know who we are youknow. well at least the strap is cute. hahaha.
its the second week of december. i have less than two weeks to clear everything up. i strongly deny that i can ignore the malicious stares my homework is giving me any longer.
So without an option, that's a main priority. Haish. can i take a small vacation? A good one! where its possible to actually rest your body,mind and soul. yes i know i've been pretty crammed up and busy with band and everything. its not like its a holiday. we're going for competition. its only normal. yes we all know that. but seriously, i need a break from everything.
Unfortunately,this is all just a bigfat cloud nine balloon i can conjure up. because no way in hell am i going to get that. not until the near end of 2010. oh bloody hell i am scared to my wits end about this. All the heat and perspiration is just blocking my brain cells from dwelling on it. in a way i am grateful to this. but at the back of my overly strained mind, i know its coming. nearer and nearer. i can feel myself sinking away slowly. its scaring the living daylights out of me. literally. not that i get bad dreams about this stuff. just, jarred up thoughts of it squeezes everything else out.
goshhh i sound like im in desperate need for conselling. haish. maybe its all the heat in my head. i start getting pessimistic when i've got a fever. Damnnn i should be sleeping now. resting. whatever it is my body desires and never gets.

okay, my mum is gradually turning into a msia fan. im serious. Nadia! its all your fault. hahahaha. no laaaah,i just wanted to blame you for something. heh.
Jusco in msia is like vivo. except its muchmuch quieter and more affordable.
my mum was like ' i am not afraid to walk into any store here because i know i got the money'
HAHAHAHA. she had that dominating look on her face and i was like, woah.
i got my gladiator shoes! yippeeeee~ im so happy idk why. i've been wanting those shoes for so long. thankyou mummy! (:
things gt so crazy at the arcade. the one game we all enjoyed together. too much actually. hahahaha! khaliq was so adorable picking up all the balls he could find to throw at the aliens. and rauf just screamed like he was face to face with frankestein. of course the rest of us contributed our fair share of noise pollution (: i got so stuffed with chicken that day. like omg. i can feel it swimming through my veins now. LOL.
Amir,Imran,Sarah and Arif are all here from KL! its been too long since i last saw these sweet things. too bad im calling in sick today D: i wanna go out and bring them around singapore! though there's nothing much to see here. other than the usual kiasu acts of us locals and probably the long list of food sources. hmmmm..

i'll be gone with the wind by monday morning. not far uh, just KL. hahahha. just a little further than amira's 'across the bridge'. LOL. hey, she's my roommate okay! i dont think i can even sleep throughout the week. trust me, its been tested. hahaha.
im sitting in the bus with Nadia! yaaaaay! :D hehh. whaaaat? im happy righhht.
we're gonna see live human chickens and roosters monday night. yeahhh, gonna ruush the barrets. great. more dust in the air -.-

the day i finally got my ass down to do some CIP. hahaha. ironic isnt it? well it was so fun! really.. okay,had to wake up super earlyy. when the night before i slept at like 4am. oh wait,thats morning already. HAHA. so i had two hours of sleep. naturally i woouldve been too bloody tired to do anything. but heck, my mum practically pulled me out of bed. hahahaa. im not complaining kaaay. because for the next 5 hours. i literally turned into the nicest person on earth.

Meeting the other volunteers and all. hahahhaa. they're from everywhere and they are awesome people. so friendly and annoying. the latter being referred to the 2 st patrick's guys. LOL. this girl from NYP. she's so friendly! and she talks like a white chick. hahaha! go figure. so the first 2 hours, we were stationed at the carpark. to like welcome and SMILEEE at guests who were coming in. all the VIP's were so full of themselves. i wanna show them the way,they're like okayokaythanyougoodbye. LIKE HELLOOOOO. tsk. ungrateful people.
it was kinda boring at first cos most of the ppl hadnt arrived yet. then the bellboy from st pats came over to help me carry some luggage up the second floor. hahaha! he was being super annoying and rubbing his nose in my face he whole time. why? cos he took pure lit. wth right! hahahaha. then i defended myself with my Amath. LOL! it was so retarded lah. yes yiting, now i agree they ARE jerks.

for the rest of the day, we helped out with taking care of all the kids. the playing area. there were soooo many kids runnning around having fun it was such a joy seeing them i swear. its like when you're flying without wings~ HAHAHAHHA. ok,random. s
i was at the rockclimbing station most of the time. it was quite slippery what with everyone jumping around so i had to help most of them climb up. lucky all the pumping and heavy exercising with the arms had me strong. i carried cute little babies! (: youknow,when you wanna reach for something you gotta push your way through all the obstacles blocking your way right? i kept telling this this to every single kid. 'never gve up'. the way they listened and looked up to me telling them such deep stuff gave me the purest most sweeet feeling in the world. honestly,sometimes all these kids need is a little pushing and motivation to get them going. and i was so happy to be doing that for them.
i met so many great kids. each one of them haaad their flaws and holdbacks. even with aggravation kicking in most of the time. but when they touched the top of that tower, you can never imagine how amazing theyre feeling. everything shows from the expression on their small little faces. and its even more overwhelming when they keep coming back to try again..

i want to do this again. definitely.

okay,idontcare. its elaboration time.

lets start! gawwd,i remember being so shack the night before. Though it was a late night call with ahems. i still woke up early okay! ON TIME. hahahhaa. lalala to harbourfront. omg i actually forgot which line it was luh. haish. see lah saxes! wanna make a big joke and confuse me so much. pffft. lucky wanxuan texted me.haha. so congyao was superrr early. waited for the rest then yeah, it started. my group? INTERESTINGLY INTELLIGENT. we wore blue and our leaders; eunice,jayme.ivana. hahahaha.cute people. Gigi,meihui,vellan,congyao and kenny plus me made the rest of the grp. oh yeaaah,it was gooood. i had fun.yes i did. HAHA. idk what to say actually. all i remember is how i got to know how insanely funny kenny is. moohahhahahha! i feel like LOL-ing thinking of how funny he is now. hmmm,we were like two idiots making stupid lame jokes about everything la. and i mean everything. he's so random sometimes its like when he comment about something,its not funny la! but i still LOL cos the way he says it is so cute.hahahhaha! kennykennykenny. the little brother i never had (:
at one point of time,the whole band was playing games of captainsball. then we had to make bets on the winning team. those who lost had to pummmp. and yknw what,we made such picky bets. when we won,i was the only one laughing at the losers -.- then vellan was like 'eh tashryn,you're the only one laughing okay.' but i still continued. LOL. i cant help it okay! so when we lost, the stupid kenny! we had to do the pumping then he LOOOOL at me like nobody's business! HAHAHHAHA. my stomach hurt so baaad. everyone was like, why the heck are yall laughing when doing pumping! HEH. it was hilarious in multitudes. idk when was the last time i laughed so much like that. hmmm, thanks kenny! you took the pain from my legs away :D

zooom to the mooon~ hah. no lah,i just wanna forward. we got so wet and damp from all the raaain D: okay,in a way i liked it of course. you dont get that much of a break from the sun in a place like singapore yknw. it was so worth it. we intelligent people came in 2nd for the whole race!! right? HAHA.i dont rmb. but it was still top 3 yeah. hmmm, prediction came true. i got sick. YAY.

but! we had some big saxes looooove by the harbour near the seaaa. it was so awwwhhh~ hahahhaha. cos the christmas lights were up and we were all together. well,minus the exception of faj and jinleong not being there. it was still so niceee (: idk why but being tgt with saxes at night just gives me that omgiloveyouguyssomuch feeling. teehee. what can i say? we're awesome people. got wetter with junchun and clement taking advantage of the fact that i had extra clothes. haha. those idiots. as you can derive from the pictures above, we upheld our highclass name of being totally 'SEXY'. hahahha. im referring to the pole photo. yes,we're licking it fyi. isnt it obvious? i'll let your dirty little minds ride its course now thankyouverymuch. ohohhhh. lets rewind a few days baaack. republic's symphonic concert. awesoooome! because me and amira went crazy. absolutely insaaane. why? ARASHI-NESS IN SINGAPORE.well of course, instrumental wise but STILL! like ohmygawwwd la. it was the one and only thing on my mind throughout the whole entire day. for real. i couldnt concentrate on anything else! hahahhaha. yes,so i was a little dreamy during music in the band room. HEH. hey, i had bea to go lalaland with me okay (:
anyway, thank god faj's dad managed to drive us there. bathed and got ready at her house then sardined in the car with the rest. ohoh,amira suffered the most. LOL.
okay,going forwaaaard. after interval, arashi immediately! me and amira were squeezing each other so hard i dont think we felt the pain at all. hahahaha. super funny. when the music started, screaaaaaaaaaaaam all the way~ im serious. like literally. eh i dont care lah okay. THIS IS WHAT FANGIRLS DO. so we screaamd and hooted and saaang all the songs along. woaaah. hahaha! we were rocking the whole row of seats lah! julai kept telling me to shut up but of course, i ignored her (:
okay,i wonder how sihan and yeeching could contain all their happiness just by smiling and moving along to the music. sorry,i cant be that way. hahahaha. people wanna be loud about how they feel yaaww.
so anyway,i had THE best concert experience ever. okay,maybe so far. thanks to republic band which totally got me and amira highhh~ yaaay. amira,i love you! for screaming and sharing the joyyy with me =D psst,we have the whole recording of it.mooohahaha.
